Yes, we do not charge to scan and email or forward your company's official mail to you. Let us know how you would like your mail to be forwarded via your admin panel and we will follow these instructions. By default, your account will be set up to use scan and email.

Every company incorporated in the UK is legally required to have a UK registered office. It is the formal and official address of the company and does not have to be the place where the business trades. Companies House and HMRC will always write to a company's official address.

If you have a Co-Founder you can add Co-Founder(s) to your company as part of the Directors and Shareholders of the company. After registration, simply send us a message with your Co-Founder's details through email ([email protected] or [email protected]). Official mail is usually mail sent to the company from Companies House and HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC), but can also include mail from HM Courts & Tribunals Service, Government Gateway and the Intellectual Property Office.

Your company name can be different from your brand, trading or website name.

For instance, your company name could be Abc Ltd and your brand name or website name could be xyc and you can have multiple website under one company name.
